At Taraf Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer the following return policy:

1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, personalized products, and opened perfumes are final sale and cannot be returned.

4. Return Process:

   • Contact our customer service team via Instagram DM or email with your order number and reason for return.

   • Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return your item.

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
